Twin peaks or lost?
Listen I love Twin Peaks. Its really good. But Lost was the first adult show that from the premiere I was allowed to watch every single episode as it aired. From 11-13 there were three pieces of media that kind of formed the basis of my teen brain and it was Alien, The Vampire Chronicles, and Lost so.
Do you have any recommendations like the segment "Suicide Bid" from V/H/S/99?
Most obviously I would suggest the movies its kind of cribbing off of The House on Sorority Row (1983) and Sorority Row (2009).

The Rage: Carrie 2 (1999)
Red Mist/Freak Dog (2008) (this movie is very bad but it is similar and Katie McGrath is present)

How do you watch movies? Not the streaming or anything but like are you watching it or watching it and playing or stuff?
Some movies totally grabs me while others I start interested and will finish but I start riffing lol
If it’s the first time I’m watching the movie I’m focused on the movie. Need to be paying attention so you can get everything out of it. But when it’s a silly bad movie I have been known to participate in a roasting. Because sometimes it’s clear all you’re getting out of it is a silly time.
Rewatches are sometimes just watching and sometimes noise for my crafts or when I’m giffing.
Braid was great! I love finding shit through you. This hit this same spot as Excision for me.
