Genuinely, wouldn't a jewel wasp existing in RMA universe would be horrifying for the people there, especially for anthropomorphism like cockroaches(if there's generally any of them).

Honestly,how would it be?

When Manus used the ultimate watch and created a black hole to harness the powers of the spirits, the Running Man knew that if he were to succeed their world would be destroyed.

They knew that they must destroy the ultimate watch but to achieve that goal they must use the power of the spirits within the void but doing so would mean sacrificing their own lives.

So they did.

They tricked Manus into going into the void and went in after him themselves sealing their fate.

Not long after the black hole stabilised and began to close itself...with the Running Man still trapped in it.

While Manus was returned to their world, the Running Man were left stuck in the void having accepting the path they chose.

The spirits however knew that if they stayed their souls would be lost to time so they did the only thing they could to keep them alive.

Turning the Running Man into spirits.

And thus the Spirit Rings Of The Running Man were created.
