Yesterday was #oceanday and I realised that I somehow forgot about my attitude towards the environment. I need to go back to being a bit more cautious about my choices. I think we all need to try a little bit harder every day so our oceans and marine environment (and the whole world) are clean and #plasticfree . - - - Start simply, nobody is perfect. If you need to go grocery shopping today, don’t pack your tomatoes in plastic bags and choose bananas which are loose not packed. I have been training for my first half marathon. I have learned to really like running and look forward to my runs. I am slowly working my way into it.

I always have an issue with my face expression... I didn’t want to post pictures of me because of the insecurities, but well Instagram can be a good tool to get rid of them! So there you go me running down the hill in Gladstone Park. - - - This isn’t photoshopped picture so there is some cellulite going on probably, but that’s life! However, I won’t tell you I love my cellulite, there is this #bodypositivity thing that tells us to love our cellulite. Yup, sure love it if you are not planning to workout or anything, no problem but I won’t love mine because I want to achieve the certain level of fitness where I know I can get rid of it completely.
