San Francisco's Hidden Paths
ššāāļø Hey trail lovers! If youāre in San Francisco, you HAVE to hit up the Lands End Trail! Itās a hidden gem that serves up epic coastal views and a unique mix of rugged terrain. Picture this: youāre running along cliffside paths with the ocean crashing below, the Golden Gate Bridge peeking through the fogātotal magic!
The elevation changes keep it interesting, with steep climbs and exhilarating descents thatāll get your heart racing. Plus, keep an eye out for playful sea lions and the occasional hawk soaring above. šš¦
Pro tip: Early morning runs are the bestābreathe in that fresh, misty air, and watch the sunrise paint the sky. Trust me, itās a runnerās paradise! š āØ
Do you get that high they talk about when you exercise? Or is that a myth?

MUNA | Runnerās High
My 5k went really well yesterday, even though I crashed into an electric scooter with my bike earlier that day and got bruises on my legs (everyone walked away fine, my bruises were the worst injuries).
I ran the full 5k for the first time in my life which is a major milestone, I also beat my old PR by a couple of seconds.
It felt do great and I had plenty of strength left to make a last push in the final km.
And then I bought a race t-shirt and went home to sign up for a 10k and two more 5ks. Lol.
How soon will I be a marathon runner? By 2026 I hope, but people I asked on reddit said 2025.
my breath echoes on empty air
another day passed in pretty words from ugly hands
and they are ugly, you know, my hands with their palms rough and fingertips ever-bloodied
but I like the rasp of my own voicelessness, I am upheld by the very things that wear me down
for once, a sound without meaning
a journey without destination
I only feel clean with the sweat stinging in my eyes
