It’s been a super LOOOOONNGGG road to recovery but a very educational, humbling and supportive one!!! Today was my very first #otf workout and earned some pretty awesome splats for a 30-minute condensed sample workout. I pushed my body to see where it naturally was and I was pleasantly surprised. I don’t call it muscle memory. I call it determination, support and experience that got me through.
