So far when I’ve had vertigo it was nothing like this and really short-lived, but it’s a possibility! This just sounds... so extreme, I don’t think you’re supposed to lose control of your eyeballs haha Aside from the “spinning in socket” thing that I can’t accurately describe other than the way a chameleon moves their eyes which is an exaggeration, but what they felt like. They were moving around all their own hence me having to keep them closed, was making me dizzier.
