🏃‍♂️ #RunStrongFW 🚴‍♀️ Covid-19 is not going to stop my run training. Even thought it was 33° in Northeast Indiana, I got cold weather gear on and Elizabeth wanted to do something. So I got a run in and had awesome Daddy/Daughter time. They may have canceled my races and thrown my entire 2020 race plans into a total mess, but I'm going to keep training, cause that's what you do when you want to achieve a goal. You adapt to the situation at hand. And my stomachs doing the nervous-queasy thing 😖 I can't even finish my oatmeal that I eat every morning.... The problem is, I've had a shitty last couple weeks of training. As in, I haven't worked out since Monday.... it's Saturday -_- if I'm honest, if I didn't have this race today, I'd be at home in bed right now. It's the perfect chilly morning to cuddle up next to the hubs and sleep in. Buuuuuut I paid for this and I had worse anxiety this week just thinking about if I missed my alarm and didn't make it. There is good news, though. 1. I got REALLY good sleep last night, which does not typically happen before a race and 2. I got here early enough that I think I got a pretty good parking spot. Anyway, I'm now killing time and trying to keep the nerves at bay 😬
