Hmmm, where to start this crazy rollar coaster ride;
May 10th, I moved into my hubby's cousin's home because she wanted to support us getting back together, and we did not have the financials as well as the opportunity to find our own place to live as a family. Also, hubby made it known, he did not like to be lonely so he liked having his family's company. But this was also the day I found out that he had slept, better term, had sex with another woman during our time of separation. If you remember from my previous posts, we were in a cold state due to his reluctancy of giving the stimulus check to me and his kids. So, I decided to cut it off. It wasn't fair to me that he was using the money as he pleased without thinking about his children. In total, having Mother's Day to find out about all this information was a huge hit to my emotions and well-being. I had already made the mistake of moving in and my pride wouldn't let me move back to my parent's house which also proved to be very toxic.
During this time, California was still on lock-down so I used this time to get settled into my new home and plan things out for the future. Thus June 10th, DD's Discounts, re-opened and it was CHAOS. There were so many customers, we were barely keeping up and many of our employees had left the store but to fear of exposure and falling ill to COVID. I am deeply nervous and scared too and to top it off one manager and our store manager said they were sick and were gone for 2 weeks or so. We were working so hard.
So, I am working and trying to see my kids time to time (they are still with my parents because hubby and I work) , found another job to possibly do to rack up some savings, and July 10th, a friend of the cousin came to the house after recovering from COVID. I told my jobs and they have me on a 14 day quarantine as well as recommendation to get tested. Either way, I wanted to get tested CAUSE IM SCARED SHITLESS.
Right now, I am not happy because I am over working myself, so I needed this quarantine to put myself back on my course of being happy where I am at because I know this is not my finish line.
