it’s not so strange for declan to be approached in bars, but rarely by a woman who orders him a drink before he can even say HELLO. but her straightforward words & attitude is refreshing, especially after a long, bleak weak. she’s pretty, which makes it EASY for him to smile back. “i can’t think of a single person who’d want to be alone. especially not when their other option is you.”
