It's been three weeks since I've seen my kids! Finally I'm well enough to have them come visit. Guess who's spending the weekend in the hospital.... For once it's not me, it's Mr. Rufus! The bladder infection he had traveled up to his kidneys and it's become a really serious situation. We almost lost him the other night; thankfully the emergency vet here is top notch and he is doing better today. He's still in critical condition and most likely will be staying there another day. Paws crossed that this crisis is over real soon!
