I HAVE BEEN WATCHING RUBYKI LONGINGLY FROM AFAR LIKE A HECKING MIDDLE SCHOOLER FOR A REALLY LONG TIME OKAY. Because WOW does their muse kind of blew me away??? right from the get go?? It’s a little bit ULTRA unfair holy cow. Okay??? There’s just a beautiful subtlety both to their writing and character that just GRIPS me and my god is it ever powerful. So yeah I basically spent a long time trying to work up the courage to drag them into a rp. was it unhealthy PROBABLY. BUT WORTH. SO WORTH. I HOPE YOU KNOW HOW WORTH YOU ARE!!!! 

And now that we are threading/mildly chatting together, I mean WOW what a wholesome and WELCOMING person??? And also highkey HILARIOUS???? How could you talk to this person and not adore them immediately??? pls respond bc I don’t know and would like someone to explain.

Evidently, this was not the Rustboro Gym.

Oh, come on, cut her some slack. How was she supposed to know? The building was the biggest in the whole town! So what if there was something different written on top? It didn’t make any sense anyway, she had no way to guess. “Devon corpse.” What even did that mean?!

Okay. Okay. No need to get angry. So, she was lost in an unfamiliar place, and growing more irritated by the second. No big deal. She just needed to find someone, ask them where the exit was, and then leave. In case of troubles, asking a human almost always worked.

Or she could just charge a wall, she guessed, but she’d learned the hard way that breaking down walls usually lead to being chased away from the city and forbidden from returning. Then again it’s not like she wanted to visit Palet Town again- the place didn’t really offer anything interesting. But, she was digressing. 

Anyway. So far, she had crossed next to nobody in the corridors. Meaning, if she wanted to find someone, she couldn’t just wander aimlessly forever.
