Lost the bubble wrap and elbow-knee pads. Wobbly but riding! My form is so lopsided, my left knee turns in so much! Will try to correct, probably why I wobble so much!

Bonus points for the bubble wrap on the door and the gardening pads on my elbows 😂

Hands on bars and a wipe out! It’s humbling how quickly you realize your form is poor and your cadence is irregular when riding on rollers.

<p>Inspired by a 9 year old by the name of Ruby Isaac, I’ve purchased bike rollers. Better known as death contraption numero uno. <br /> My tri chick friend encouraged my purchase of course, she has them. Tells me it’s like riding on ice. That’s pretty close, it’s more like riding uphill on ice!<br /> I was sweating like a pig and thought I was gonna have a heart attack so cardio…check!<br /> I have all winter with this baby, slip slide awaaaay!
