Jon Moxley is the biker gang leader who was murdered
Powerhouse Hobbs is a horse rancher who works at a nearby ranch and the second murder victim (he was killed because he discovered who the killers were and was going to tell the cops)
Swerve Strickland is the villain mastermind who orchestrated Jon Moxley’s murder (it’s revealed he was trying to stop Jon Moxley from starting a gang war with another biker gang from a different town)
Samoa Joe and Anna Jay are regular townspeople who are revealed to be Swerve’s accomplices. Joe is a dude selling meth and crack (presumably to MJF) while Anna Jay is an aspiring actress trying to make it to Hollywood.
Wheeler Yuta is Jon Moxley’s super loyal lieutenant who is the first to accuse Ruby Soho
MJF is the weird guy in town who may or may not be on meth the whole movie
Dr. Britt Baker, D.M.D. is another member of the biker gang who is exposed as an undercover FBI agent
“Hangman” Adam Page is the mayor of this rundown desert town
Willow Nightingale is the deputy mayor who desperately wants to leave
Christian Cage is Edge’s husband (only heard on the phone)
Kazuchika Okada and Konosuke Takeshita as the leaders of the rival biker gang who Jon Moxley was going to go to war with
Tony Khan as some jackass who tells Edge that the people in the desert town are crazy as fuck
Mercedes Mone as herself, but only because her whiskey brand ends up playing a role in the murder mystery (like Jeremy Renner's hot sauce)
Marina Shafir is a flashback character. She was a member of Jon Moxley's biker gang and was killed by Okada and Takeshita's rival gang, which led to Moxley going down a path of vengeance. So Shafir's character is the catalyst for the entire movie.
