Or slammed into the wall in the agency’s shower for a quickie if no one was around, which despite his anxiety, he often acquiesces to.
There was also the time at the annual Pro Hero Gala that Katsuki discovered the bathrooms had their own individual stalls with thick walls that reached the ceiling and shoved him into one, to which he definitely protested because he was not fucking in a public bathroom. ‘Germs, Kacchan’, was his reason, and of course Katsuki made sure to make fun of him and his ‘germaphobia’ for a solid month after that.

“Hey,” he says, after a while, and Deku turns to him in question, but Katsuki refuses to look his way. “Touch me again.”

As time went by, Izuku found it more and more difficult to reconcile his perceived quirklessness with the ever-growing permanence of his imaginary friend, Kacchan. This boy he’d created, whose very existence was designed to balance out his own shortcomings — he couldn’t always see him. Hear him. Feel him.
Kacchan, this boy whom Izuku made as an extension of himself — he wasn’t always real.

He’s trying to stop a villain when Katsuki catches him thinking HE’S the villain, and when they both fight her (the actual villain) Izuku gets hurt and hides in her apartment to patch up his wounds.
