I'm sorry but I hate the way they wrote that speech for Mack talking about John. Almost trying to down play how bad of a person John actually is and talking about Nate's death as if John wasn't really a murderer it was just some terrible accident.

John did a lot of horrible things to a lot of people. He also played with a lot of people's lives not caring at all what could have happened to them when he was doing it beyond just that he wanted to be seen as the hero and didn't want to get caught.

Apart from all the lives John put in danger and simply got lucky that they didn't die (especially Aaron and Mack) it's not only Nate that he's responsible for. That guy Owen I don't think was actually even dead when John showed up, maybe just on the brink of death from an overdose. When John got there and found him and took his pulse he jumped up and started to call for an ambulance but then stopped when he decided to frame him for Nate's murder. If the guy was already dead I feel like there wouldn't be a need for urgency like that. If Owen was still alive and John could have saved him with Narcan or something and didn't that's another person who he's responsible for in some way. John was also planning on killing Aiden (his ex) before he died (partially probably from stress from John threatening to kill him in the first place). I also question if John had anything to do with how Aiden ended up in a coma to begin with or how his mother died. He said it was cancer and she may very well have had cancer but he also could have taken it upon himself to end her life in another moment of convincing himself he was being the hero.

It's nice to see Mack and Charity reunited but I wonder how long that will last given the stuff about Ross and the baby. I definitely think more is going to happen with that storyline than just a cheating scandal exposed especially since Mack has always wanted him and Charity to try for another baby. Part of me wonders if the baby is actually Mack's or maybe Charity will lie and say the baby is Mack's. Like maybe Charity gets a paternity test and Mack finds out and wonders why and Charity tells him it's because she thinks she's pregnant with his baby instead of Sarah's. Maybe it's Ross's or Mack's and Charity lies and says it's Sarah's and doesn't tell anyone so that Sarah can have her baby and the truth doesn't come out right away until the baby has a health issue. Imagine if the cheating comes out and Charity and Mack are able to get past that but then it comes out that Charity gave Mack's baby to Sarah. DUN DUN DUN I should write for the show I swear. 😝

I don't get why Mack of all people after all John did to him seems to be defending John so much. The man hunted him down like an animal in the woods kept him locked in a bunker for weeks and still Mack is talking about him like John just made a few little mistakes. I swear it's like Mack is John's new stepford wife instead of Aaron now.

I'm not all that invested in the April/Dylan Ray stuff but I hope that storyline is set to wrap up soon. At least the Ray part of it he's such a creeper.

Why is Chas still telling Robert to stay away from Aaron? Aaron wouldn't even be there alive if not for Robert. John probably would have drugged him into a coma or worse.

I know Aaron is in an awful head space after finding out the truth of John and I know that Aaron must still carry a lot of pain over what happened when Rob got sent down and pushed him away. I'm sure Aaron is still afraid of to let Robert get too close again and I understand why. But still the way he's been treating Robert isn't right.

Aaron saw the bad mental state Robert was in back in August and still chose to sleep with him then act like it meant nothing. And even despite the fact that Aaron kept pushing Robert away as much as he possibly could (even saying he was going to move out of the village) Robert still came looking for him after what Paddy told him about John.

How was Robert supposed to know when he got there at the cliff exactly what was going on? All Robert knew was that John wasn't safe and he needed to try and protect Aaron from him. Does Aaron even know that all Robert has been asking about since this happened is how is Aaron doing? Telling people to protect Aaron from John. Aaron has to know by now that Robert was sent to jail for a little bit because John was trying to frame him. Yet instead of Aaron asking Robert how he's been or telling him he was sorry he ended up back in jail (because of his husband no less). The only thing Aaron really had to say to Robert was that he knew that Robert was just wanting to say I told you so (about John) and that Robert was using this all as a way to try and get back with him.

I will always love Aaron but I really don't like him right now and I don't like how he's treating Robert. Robert always gets treated like utter shit from everyone in that village. They were all blaming him for what happened to John and Aaron (without much evidence either) and instead of Aaron having any sympathy for any of that he talks about Rob likes he's a bad person too.

I'm just really sad for Robert. He deserves to have someone in his life who he matters to and who shows it. Who always has his back no matter what. I know most in the village will never apologize for assuming the worst of Robert, his own sister barely apologized and she was saying some truly vile things about him. I know that Aaron does love Robert and that they're soulmates and they will work things out eventually but I hate where things are at the moment. Aaron always has the Dingles in some way shape or form and he likely will always have Mack too. Who does Robert really have?
