I said before this message about what the art might look like, that I CANT afford commissions. I don't take commissions.

When I mentioned it again, they said their price wasn't much and then said $70 per CHARACTER. In the end I blocked them, as they repeated messages and seemed a bit suspicious.

If you believe a message is suspicious, then block them immediately. Trust your gut.

hilariously I will also write this one. this time it’s george russell/alex albon (also note to self: write a damn restaurant/catering an events au just DO IT)

George doesn’t mean for Alex to find him like this. It’s not a great look, admittedly, but the stock Alex had been experimenting with wasn’t that great and George just couldn’t bring himself to tell his boyfriend.

“You’re pouring the stock down the drain! I was still working on it, perfecting it!”

George winces before setting down the container and walking over to Alex, a sympathetic look on his face. “Alex, this one wasn’t it. I’m sorry, it’s just…you’ll get it next time, alright?”

Alex just sighs and leans into George, who wraps his arms around his boyfriend and kisses the top of his head.

Good afternoon! Thank you so much to @eusuntgratie for the tag I'm currently working on a rpf fic, a request from someone who wishes to remain anonymous, but based on the (fringe) theory that Taynick have matching Sun/Moon necklaces. Have some domestic fluff.

“Guess who’s home?!” Taylor’s chipper voice echoed through the house, and if that hadn’t been enough to wake up Nick, the dogs catapulting themselves off his stomach certainly was. Nick groaned, sitting up and looking into the foyer from the couch, “Hi, want me to help bring in groceries?” “Nope,” Taylor was already peaking around the corner, now somehow holding several bags of groceries and both squirming dogs in his arms. “There’s stuff in there you can’t see.” “I can’t see?” “Yeah, like surprises.” “Oh Taylor,” Nick suppressed a groan, “By surprise do you mean like the time you got me a brand-new skincare routine?” “Hey, that was good shit, and you could use it,” Taylor was gesturing vaguely under his own eyes, making a very ‘you know I’m right’ face. Nick immediately hurled a soft pillow from the couch toward the other man, it fell short, landing about four feet away, “Ass!” he was laughing even as he shook his head, “And I still don’t know what a ‘leave on exfoliant’ is!”

The thing that gets me about this is that some L*stappies see Max acting “differently” around Charles than he does around other drivers, and that they think the awkwardness they’re seeing is cute or sweet or some sign of a big crush or love or something.

But that awkwardness, when it does show up, is straight out discomfort, not some “tee hee how cute he’s feeling shy around his crush omg!” And then the same people have the gall to say “see how Max is with Daniel? It’s all fake it’s all PR and they’re not really friends and Max has no respect for Daniel as a driver and competitor it’s all about Charles! Predestined! Preordained!”

It’s all non-existent at the end of the day anyway, and no bitchiness meant, but some of these L*stappen shippers really have me hoping that they’re just really young and great they’ll grow out of it before they actually start dating people themselves.

Like ship whatever hot mess you want, but don’t go making shit up out of nothing at all just to push your narrative. Especially when real people are involved.

i don't really think that much about the other ship and frankly i choose to be on my ship with the other maxiel sailors because it does wonders for my mental well being to have one thing i enjoy be echoed back to me!

but yes!!!! i agree!!!! i esp hate when people just forget how important daniel seemed to be for max's development, and idk how any can just see the old redbull media content and decide it's all PR. if anything it makes the L*stapp*n more juicy if you really wanna make it about your ship.
