Conradâs attention perked up at the moment he heard Isaacâs voice speaking to him. Did he see what was being added in at the time? Hopefully not, though with how Isaacâs tone was, and the package of tea that was brought, it was apparent that he picked a bad time for this.
âNo worries, I donât mind a little bit of tea on occasion with visitors. I didnât expect you to come in unannounced.â He stated, trying to act a bit calm about this. Though really a part of him was quite a bit concerned that Isaac may say something to compromise his reputation with what he had earlier.
âRegardlessâŚwhat brings you in during this time.â
There Isaac stood, a to-go cup of tea in each hand with a disappointed look on his face. Coffee, coffee everywhere...
As for the blood, as much as it squicked Isaac he knew Conrad was a Vampire and that was how they sustained themselves. It wasnât at all polite to comment on it.
Immedately Isaacâs usual friendly expression came back. âGlad to hear, two cups of tea at once is a bit much for me.â He set one down on Conradâs desk and leaned on it, sipping at his own cup. âSorry, this is one of those âin the neighborhoodâ kind of visits. The G.O.A.S.T. said things were quiet here, so I thought a bit of company wouldnât be an imposition.â
âReally, just wanting to hang out with you more. I normally only come here on work, so I thought Iâd make a personal visit for once.â
