the only people cersei actually enjoys physical contact and affection from are jaime and her children. she would accept it from tywin as well, but i feel that’s probably a rare occurrence, especially in a canon timeline (it probably happened far, far more before joanna’s death, when cersei was a child). otherwise, she’s pretty repulsed by the idea of touching other people. [ this is, of course, subject to change in threads and whatnot, since her relationships can be different than they are in canon ]

easily joffrey’s birth. there’s something special about feeling a sort of joy you’ve never felt before, which edges this out over myrcella’s and tommen’s, not to mention she was still so young and not yet entirely disillusioned with the life she was living. her twin was at her side, her son was in her arms, and she was a queen holding who would one day be a king, and to cersei that’s about as good as it gets.

not necessarily, though she isn’t someone who believes people make their own fortunes either – if that were the case, she’d have an entirely different complex about the death of her mother and whatnot, haha. i think, more than lucky people, she believes in lucky circumstances.

this is a tough one because cersei is described by many, many characters in canon as cunning and intelligent (if short-sighted and brash), and there are a lot of instances that back it up…this is kind of a more over-arching decision rather than an easily defined one, but everything she did to gain and keep power pre-canon was pretty solid – she keeps her eyes on the prize, haha.
