I bought him on amazon a few months ago, and his tags are all in Korean, so I couldn’t tell you the exact company that made him, but with some research I found out he was an arcade prize! He’s officially licenced by Sega, as his tag had an official logo type thing. I think if you google “Korean sonic plush” you’d probably get a few results :)
