Roxy and Kay got flung into The Grid for this Halloween! I have so much nostalgia for TRON: Legacy and Uprising (it influenced a lot of Genesis Dissentire before I dismantled that project), and I thought it'd be a fun little crossover/AU for these two fighters since the Disc Wars also lowkey inspired the SHBD too!

The lightsuit color schemes were inspired by their OG counterparts' superpowers, and I tried to include a few nods to the OG versions too (like Kay's pixelated scar through his eyebrow)! I imagine these two are still a duo team when it comes to Disc Wars, earning their freedom after defeating an unorthodox amount of opponents and getting into entertainment 💥

Continuing the tradition of Parallels couples for Valentine's Day with Roxikay! I didn't have as much time to do something as detailed as last year, but a friend shared some silly studio photos to redraw with ocs, and I found one that was perfect for both a Valentine's pic and faux album cover!

I haven't drawn these two in a few months(!), so it took a while to get used to their features again, and I've also been distracted by a new Parallels couple...more on them later :^)

Since I bailed on the album cover idea for Halloween, I thought I'd return to it for Christmas with the T3rr0rs! I went through various thumbnails before settling on something a bit whimsical with Roxy and Kay as a snowglobe, since I always love it when bands will do gimmicky photo shoots like that lol

This is also the first time I drew Kay with his drum kit and it wasn't as tedious as I thought it'd be, just had to use some shorthand here and there and get rid of details to make the process faster 😂
