At the end of the pacifist route of UnderRough, Winn would have to face against Papyrus and Flowey. But Papyrus would be ready. Having recently broken into the True Lab, thanks to Flowey, he'd be in possession of the last fragments of Determination. He'd threaten Winn at first, telling him not to even move an inch or he'd be doomed.

Until Undyne and Sans appear.

Undyne and Sans would desperately try to get through to Papyrus, but he'd be long gone by now, surrendering to the hatred in his soul and plunging the DT into his neck.

From that point, Papyrus is gone. Now there's only

Flames of Hatred.

And they're going to burn through the 9th human.
