Had a question about Riptide Replicator and Volrath's Laboratory. When they say creature type and you pick scarecrows are they also artifact creatures or just scare crows.
The tokens are just creature tokens. They’re not artifacts.
Specific creature types can’t and don’t have any rules baggage tied to them. Simply being a Wall doesn’t a creature defender, nor does being a Golem or Scarecrow make it automatically an artifact, and I could go on for a while here...

If a player's commander is exiled with banishing light does it go to the command zone and can it return if the enchantment is still on the battlefield?
The commander’s owner can choose to either let it be exiled or go to the command zone. If they send it to the command zone, it can be cast again with the usual tax. If it hasn’t moved from the command zone when Banishing Light leaves the battlefield, the commander will return to the battlefield.
