time to start this up again
after travelling around australia and new zealand for 5 weeks (as amazing as the trip was) i’ve officially hit a low point for how i view my body
my term starts back on the 4/09 and lacrosse season kicks off later in the month
i’ve said this before (more than once) but i really want to make some improvements this year. my studies are going to take up more time now that i’m in third year so that means that i’ll have to be more organised to fit everything in that i want to get done. i’m also lacrosse secretary for the club this year so that’s going to be taking up a lot more of my time.
this is going to be the year i finally manage to do a pull up unassisted and hit a body fat level that i feel comfortable with
