"Don't run with scissors!"
Lu is flying over the city in the midst of a cool, peaceful night when screams cut through the air. From an apartment near by, she can hear the shouts of someone struggling but she can't tell what else is going on. Swooping in to see what's happening, Tallulah clings to the outside of the building and climbs upwards to peer in the open window. Inside she can see the thrashing, sleeping form of April. Of all humans. "Miss, April?" At a loss, Lu reaches out one hand to poke the human to wake her.
April shrieked, sitting upright in her bed, blue eyes wide and a cold sweat plastering her hair to her face and neck. Her chest heaved as she tried to catch her breath, and her legs were tangled in her blankets. She wasn’t falling. Raph had caught her, and she wasn’t falling anymore. She made a groaning sound and pressed a hand to her forehead before realizing that she wasn’t alone.
"Lu?" she whispered, turning to look at the moth-woman. "What are you doing here?"
