Canary! Aetherblade time~

She has a very, very regimented skin care system ever since becoming risen. Even though she hides her looks under a glamour she still needs to take care. She's dead, new leaves aren't growing and won't heal her wounds.

begonia :   how cautious is your muse ?are they prone to noticing red flags ,   or paranoid to the point of untrusting most everyone ?why or why not ?

maelgwyn is a very untrusting person. He isolates himself to avoid even having to see red flags (he cant spot them very well.) He is not a cautious person, maelgwyn is decently brash and ruthless. Caution isnt needed when you can decimate most everyone because theyre too scared to respond in time. and, with his skill, hes not often in danger. hes not really paranoid but he doesnt trust easy at all.

kynwyl is VERY good at reading other people and responded appropriately. He can see red flags often and remains civil. But won't let them any closer if he doesn't disallow them from his life entirely. He is a reasonably cautious man. He trusts in the good faith and kindness of strangers until he has reasons not to trust that person anymore. He's a noble person.

edelweiss :   what was the bravest moment in your muse’s life ?are they known to be courageous from then on ?

honestly for gwynnie it was when sapling him finally left the fucked up cave he woke up in. finally TRIED to live a DECENT life compared to enduring the only misery he had ever known which very much didnt want him there either. No one was there to witness it, and he will never speak of his sapling days, not to anyone but his Starlight.

kynwyl doesnt have enough lore for me to give a concrete answer but sometime in Icebrood when fighting beside his siblings and the pact, he probably did something there that could be called brave. he doesnt let anyone idolize him for it though.

rhododendron :   is your muse receptive to warnings   &   advice given by others ?

maelgwyn: Absolutely Fucking Not unless its Zefiro or his starlight. stubborn obstinate ornery man who takes an entire week to warm up to anything any one else has said IF he even warms up to it at all.

How do Eyris and Freya (or other chars if you want :D) respond to a loose handshake? What goes through their heads?

Freya? She will only tighten her grip and squeeze your life out. If you can't shake her hand "like normal", she might as well give you a reason to shake it so loosely! "You've got a shitty grip, my man! We should spar some time to work on that!" She laughs it off. You might now have a few broken fingers...

FALKE:

3. How do they put themselves to bed at night (reading, singing, thinking?)

Super sappy, since they date a very eepy gal they will genuinely think of her and what she might be dreaming about. Drifting off mentally reaching out to their beloved. On hard to sleep nights they'll sometimes even go curl up with Sonia to get at least a little nap in 🥺

Once they are thoroughly fragmented...well, their sleep is too and it's more of a lost cause 😭

E) Are they someone you would get along with? Would they get along with you?

I like to think we would get along great! I've gotten along well with a lot of people like Falke, and used to be that "do everything and stretch myself too thin" person myself before severe emotional burnout. Think they got that a bit from me now that I think about it actually whoops

F) What do you feel when you think of your OC(pride, excitement, frustration, etc)?

It's a complicated thing for Falke, I love them but am also deeply fascinated and love digging into how their burnout manifested through mesmer magic.

CANARY:

5. How easy is it to earn their mistrust?

If you're in it just for yourself, very easy! Canary is a team player, she is ride or die for the Aetherblades and a large part of her fleeing the Court was a lack of her getting agency and seeing other saplings losing theirs as well. If you're a lone wold she Does Not trust you and expects you to screw others over.

E) Are they someone you would get along with? Would they get along with you?

I think we could be good acquaintances, we wouldn't be close friends but we could have some smalltalk and know each other by name at gatherings.

F) What do you feel when you think of your OC(pride, excitement, frustration, etc)?

So much pride, I love Canary dearly and her risen status is a point of pride in character creation for me uvu

31.  Who are they the most glad to have met?

Rhosill @ascalonianpicnic full stop. Rhosill is the best thing to happen to them, and they're not sure why he stuck out the worst parts of their life with them. They blew up pretty harshly at him several times, but he's the only one who saw they needed help and kept trying to provide that support until they hit a point where they could admit they needed it. I could honestly go on for hours about the various ways this ended up happening and how the two went from friends to Tao pushing him away to friends again...

E) Are they someone you would get along with? Would they get along with you?

I think we could parallel play just fine, and we'd both be happiest that way. I enjoy a silent room, as do they. We can just exist within the same room not interacting at all very happily.

F) What do you feel when you think of your OC(pride, excitement, frustration, etc)?

I FEEL BAD LMAO so I made Taomesin, initially, to be my one commander with no trauma. Just having a nice time.
