Cool concept to get people thinking about climate change. The interactive website provides two different scenarios of Bristol in 2050, each with its own advantages and disadvantages in terms of what the city has done to improve its environmental standing.
The project is the brainchild of Dr. Rose Bailey, a Ph.D graduate from the University of the West of England.
“If you’re communicating these issues it needs to be fun and cool and desirable,” Bailey says. “People have a lot of friends who are not environmentalists. I didn’t want to have a website that was plastered with messages and lecturing everybody.”
