What she mean: When Maka got stabbed in the shoulder by Asura, she got stabbed right through her scapula. The impact should have shattered the entire bone and destroyed movement in that side of her body, therefore she'd be unable to wield anything in that arm. Even if she did manage to heal that scapula, it would be incredibly weaker and her shoulder would dislocate every time she put pressure on it. She would be unable to take on a weapon, especially one that requires her upper body like a scythe. Even if the scapula did survive, her ribcage would be shattered on that side too, and the bones may have pierced her lungs or put immense pressure in that area. Her breathing rates should dramatically be altered. If the ribcage felt the damage, the spinal cord would be affected too. What if her nerves are damaged and that entire arm is now weaker and unable to fight? How do you heal bones in the pectoral girdle after it completely breaks? Is that why Maka is so sad at the end of the manga? Can she still fight with Soul? The physical damage would inevitably take her from the battle field,
