Louis closed his eyes and two tears dripped down his cheeks. “I guess we’re both pretty much messes, huh.”
“Well, you’re certainly a pretty mess.” Harry pulled him into a hug. “You told me the other day how green my eyes get when I cry? Have you seen your own eyes? I’ve never seen that color before. I want to bottle it.”
Louis chuckled into Harry’s shirt, wiping his nose in the process. “I’m sorry.”
“No sorries. We’re both going to stop being sorry when we have feelings.” Harry squeezed him in tighter, gripping the fabric of his jacket. “We both have feelings and sometimes they come out wet.”
