Coarse and throaty in timbre. Easily rises in pitch, becoming nasal, if Alphys is talking quickly or excitedly or is running short of breath - that is to say, most of the time. Stammers when excited, too - often slurs her words and repeats herself when she’s talking quickly.
✮ - Sleeping habits.
Alphys is a sound, steady sleeper most of the time. Unfortunately, her main response to having a problem, small or large, is to stay up late thinking about it or trying to fix it, so her schedule is incredibly irregular and she tends to sleep in unless she forces herself to get up.
❅ - Keeping warm/keeping cool techniques.

☂ - Sadness.
Alphys doesn’t deal too well with negative emotions. She tries to occupy herself with her work, and if she can’t focus - or work is the source of her trouble - she’ll often lapse into a sort of fugue state where she shifts sleeplessly from one form of entertainment or occupation to another, unable to concentrate enough to enjoy herself or to get anything done, while a cyclone of anxious, miserable thoughts builds up in the back of her head. She usually ends up in bed, almost completely immobile, until the crisis is over, or she finds some one she can talk to.
