The look on my face last night might not have properly shown how grateful and excited I was to receive another strip towards my blue belt from my coach @kristianwoodmansee ...Its been a rough few weeks health wise for me which definitely impacted my ability to train, so this was definitely unexpected. Truly thankfully and grateful to have a coach who not only motivates me and all my #RootsFam but also sees progress in each of us even on nights when we feel like we are struggling.
