Since I'm often just awake at 3am, yes! I usually do remember them. The one I remember most fondly though is for a ship I don't know how you feel about -- I literally dreamed about KuroAka, woke up in the middle of the night, and went, this is a fic. The result was Akaashi Keiji Doesn't Have Time for This, which I originally posted elsewhere about four years ago, and then finally to Ao3 last summer.
Otherwise, honestly, I'm usually plotting in my head at 3am, so it's never really a "I'll remember it in the morning" idea, but rather a "now I have an entire chapter plotted" idea 😅
