STORY TIME!!! So Back In Feb I Was Searching The Ol Craigslist And I Came Across This UA Apollo Quad For $1000 Which Was $3-400 Cheaper Than Others And Retails For $1999 So I Decided To Pick It Up For My Mixing Setup Back In SCV!!! But When I Got Home And Tried To Connect To My Mac Pro It Wouldn’t Link Via Firewire... I Did Some Research And Figured It Was Either Broken Or The Guy Had Installed The Thunderbolt Firmware Thus Causing The Firewire Ports To Deactivate... Well My Mac Pro Doesn’t Have Thunderbolt And The Guy Stopped Answering My Calls/Texts So I Started Trippin Thinking I Just Bought A $1000 Brick... I Got Ahold Of UA Tech Support And Decided To Ship It To Them To See What Was Wrong With It And It Might Cost $$$ To Be Repaired... Well It Turned Out That It Was The Firmware Issue And They Fixed It And Sent It Back No Charge So I Basically Only Had To Pay $85 For Shipping And Everything Worked Out!!! Got That Buttery Vocal Chain Now!!! Moral Of The Story Is Always Test The Gear Before U Buy!!! Cause I Almost Fucked Up!!! Haha Super Big Thanks To @uaudio For Getting Me Back On Track And Now Having A Customer For Life!!!! BONUS: It Turned Out The Guy I Got It From Transfered $800+ Of Plug-ins I Didn’t Have Too!!!
