I hope everyone had a good and productive weekend.
I hope you woke up on Monday feeling motivated and refreshed! I hope you’ve been having a glorious and fruitful week so far!
Today’s post will be somewhat of a throwback for those of you who have been following my Insta-stories closely.
If you’re anything like me, then you’re also the type of person that likes to keep busy at all times. I like to challenge myself at all times, and I like to try different things. As a result, I sometimes take on a little more than my body and my brain can handle at once and find myself overwhelmed.
In times like these, it is important that I take a step back and do something for myself. So, one day in January, I went online and looked up “Self-Care.” I came across a couple of very interesting articles.
Now... call me what you wish, but I had started seeing the number “333” repeatedly in my dreams. I don’t believe in coincidences, so I looked it up, and it said that I should reevaluate my behavior and work on my balance, and that I should make sure my mind, body and soul are healthy and in sync.
So I went on Pinterest to look up self-care tips.
I found so many amazing suggestions that I ended up combining a bunch of different recommendations from here and there to make my very own 30 Days of Self Care challenge!
I am sharing here, with you all, 30 self care tips. You can do them over a 30 day period; you could pick and choose every day or every once in a while; you can make it a weekly thing between you and your girls. The most important thing to me is that you enjoy and benefit from the challenge if/when you decide to take it on.
Before I bid you Adieu for the evening, I will ask you all to research the topic of every “challenge” and make sure that you are not over exerting yourself mentally, physically or spiritually in any way!
