Still Gutted about the passing of my pal Ron “Rontrose” Heathman of The Supersuckers. I spent a lot of time with Ron on the road (when Supersuckers opened for New York Dolls on our Underground Garage Tour of the USA) and he was always a great hang... turned me on to Pepsi Cola Pie when we were in South Carolina! Ron had a calm/mellow presence - he had found his Higher Power - but he still played like a maniac.
