dude that's fucking bullshit you shouldn't have to deal w that.
its just like, this prof literally was like “im gonna choose something super repugnant and inflammatory bc i want u to have a gut reaction” and then makes a test that has super short time limits (25 minutes for ~*in depth analysis wtf*~) about a topic that is VERY personal to me and makes me anxious because reading about anti gay violence makes me anxious lmao, and then when i deliver on the emotional gut reaction she’s pissed because i didn’t analyze properly. and like, ik i could have written better, but with the insane constraints she placed on it, and how we never fucking know what she wants on top of the anxiety/borderline panic im going through reading the article its like what did you expect??? the way this entire test is set up was for ppl to fail it.
and on top of that, expecting me to be clinical about a topic that is again very personal to me is fuckin callous as hell tbh.
