Times a changin’
Before when I started Rolling Thunder, I was fixing up the s2000. At the time I was building a street-styled, drift-styled race car. That s2k is still my favorite car till this day...So many memories with that car, just looking at old pictures I can relate to the incident of those certain events. It really shows how much older we’ve gotten over time. I used to do so much crazy things with that car, I was so inspired to build an s2k that was different from the rest. During that time, my current relationship I had with a friend also really fueled me to build that s2k, she really encouraged me to get it featured and take it on amazing road trips across states to state. All those events built a close bond with the s2k and my relationship...at the time it was literally the best of both worlds.
Throwback picture, just cause I miss it so much haha...But like the title says...times change, priorities change, and we change.
Before it was all about partying from Thursday to Sunday, every week. Vegas trips every other weekend...sometimes even back to back weekends! Now its all about focusing on myself and helping the closest ones around me to succeed all together. We’re gonna make it to the top, not just me but all of us! Glad to say this year has gone off to a great start, becoming more devoted into my design work and just helping myself become better at my skills. Over the years I’m proud to be who I am today, I don’t regret any of my past events, they either made me smarter, better, more skillful or have gotten me closer to my best friends...But the downside every time I see my s2k posted up somewhere it just brings back those memories.
Another oldie, before the wide body kit...Sometimes I rather not remember it, cause it hurts n’ shit, like when you see someone who you’ve been with for a while and you look at their face and boom! Those memories of the past just pop up one after another...anyways enough of that emotional shit. Haha
Here’s to the changes on the e46. No more race car, plans for now are to build a nice classy street car. No more bucket seats, cages or any of that. The original leather interior is perfect and comfortable. Exterior wise nothing too aggressive here, like I said a clean street car.
I’m very happy with the way the car is looking. I have so much more to add, like these e90 style taillights I just picked up the other day. It’s different from many choices e46 owners would go with but I feel that I executed it quite well.
More pictures to come, we have a lot of work to do on Rolling Thunder, so stay tuned for more.
Thanks!
