One of my favorite classes this weekend was a blocking class by VDiva (from Gotham)! #goals She broke things down really well and took time to work with each group. She's super funny too. My 6 month derby-versary passed a few days ago and what I have discovered is most important for growth is patience, giving yourself some credit, perseverance, positive attitude, passion, and hard work.
