i already convinced myself that roy just found a way to come back to star city to see for himself if his buddy/mother/bestfriend/partner/whatever called felicity is alright and on her own two feet.
Could you please write some Roylicity fluffy smut?
NSFW under the cut
Also I wrote this before work so itâs unedited but I know if I wait until after my shift itâll never be finished.
Just a little fic tease
My booboo's birthday is on Wednesday and this preview is probably the meanest thing I have ever done to her.Â
ILY MARY!Â
âYou're not nervous are you, Smoak?â He knows his voice has gone several notches deeper than normal, but there's a hunger scorching his chest that he doesn't know how to curb, and it's the best he can manage.
Felicity's pupils eat up almost all the blue around them, turning her eyes into wide, endless pools Roy aches to drown in. She's staring up at him with barely concealed desire when she reaches for him, pulls him in by the loops of his jeans and fits them together like puzzle pieces.
âNot the word I'd use.â she breathes, leaning into him. The move pushes her breasts flush against his chest and Roy has to bite back a moan, his hands gripping her tight by the hips. âNow, shut up and dance with me.â
Mint Chip & Vodka
She's a mess when he finds her.
Not outwardly, of course, but he knowsthe depth of it. He knows the canyon she shoves it into, the hollow space beneath her breast she forces the pain to live in.
No, Felicity wears her wounds on the inside; hangs them like canvases on the walls of her heart. You can't see it, the bottomless well of everything she tries to hide, but you know it's there. Like a riptide, an undercurrent, pain lives in waves beneath the surface. The calm veneer she affects when eyes are on her is just that â a veneer. It's false bravado, a colorful mask, artificial sunlight.
Roy has never been fooled by Felicity's myriad of masks, similar and yet so astonishingly different from the ones the team wears into the field. Rather than using her masks to hide who she is, to obscure her identity, Felicity uses them to pretend.
To pretend it doesn't hurt, that the wounds are shallow and superficial, not the to-the-bone injuries they truly are. Felicity dons her masks in layers, one over another; anything to keep it all in, to stop her team from seeing the truth.
And still, Roy has always seen through them. Maybe it's because he knows how it feels to want to hide, how much more it hurts to keep it to yourself, but he doesn't want to let her do it this time. She lived in her masks while Oliver was gone â dead â and Roy can't bear to see her live through that again.
So, when Oliver comes back into the lair alone, Roy knows. The look on his mentor's face is enough, more than. It's never going to be easy, he thinks, this emotional roller coaster Oliver and Felicity are chained into. It might never stop, might never be simple, but he thinks he knows what to do to make the ride a little less dizzyingly painful, at least for tonight.
It's not the first time he's been to her apartment, not by a long shot, but it is the first time he's come unannounced. He doesn't think she'll mind, not with what he's got tucked away in a paper bag beneath his arm, but he hopes the whole way to her place that he's not wrong.
Felicity is pink cheeked but red-eyed when she swings the door open, her battle mask slipping into mild but pleasant confusion when she sees it's Roy and not Oliver knocking on her door at nearly one o'clock in the morning. When she tries to smile it's watery, but Roy doesn't care. She can smile through tears if that's what she needs, or she can sob through a laugh to make herself fell better. Whatever she needs right now is whatever she needs, and Roy is just there to hold her hand if she wants it.
âI thought you could use some company.â he explains from the porch, brandishing his cargo with a quirked brow and a lazy grin.
She waves him in without a word, heads right back to the spot on her sofa she had apparently vacated. Roy can't help but notice how small she looks, tucked into herself like that. Her knees are up to her chest, chin resting between while her fingers fidget with the warm looking fabric of her pajama pants. It's obvious she's exhausted, though it's hard to tell if it's more emotional or physical.
âDid he send you?â she asks, whisper soft but edged with barbed-wire.
Roy tosses his jacket over the back of a nearby chair before plopping down beside her, his paper bag of booty on his lap. âHe doesn't know I'm here.â
She side-eyes him warily, weighing his word. âI don't want to talk about it.â she tells him after a long beat of silence.
Roy shrugs. He unrolls the bag, lifts out the tub of ice cream. âMint chip, right?â
Felicity laughs, a bright bark that sounds like he startled it out of her.
âSpoons?â
âYou know where they are.â
He's back in less than a minute, two spoons and two rocks glasses in tow. âJust in case.â he grins when she eyeballs the glassware.
âIn case?â
Roy digs back into the paper bag, produces a bottle of chocolate flavored vodka and hands it to her. âIn case.â
She laughs again but it doesn't sound like it hurts this time. He pours them each a few fingers, hands her a spoon and tucks his feet up under him on the cushion beside her hip. There's something she wants to say, he can feel it, but he lets her get around to it on her own time.
They're halfway through the carton and nearly as far into the bottle when she finally seems to find her voice again.
âYou didn't have to come.â
It comes out cracked and splintered, but warm and blurry around the consonants. He thinks bringing the vodka was a good choice.
âI'm not here because I have to be, Felicity.â Roy tells her softly, honestly. âI'm here because I want to be. It's been a tough few weeks and we could both use the company. Besides,â he smirks, nudges her with his knee against hers, âthere are worse things in the world than spending a few hours with a gorgeous blonde.â
Felicity rolls her eyes but she's smiling, laughter trickling out like she doesn't even notice, and it echoes around the room, chases away the darkness that had been creeping in around the edges.
By the time the bottle is empty Felicity is anything but, her eyes sparkling with laughter instead of tears, and Roy will definitely count that as a win.

Prompt: olicity.. they are at a party and felcitiy gets jealous and oliver is being a complete jerk about something so felcity finds a new guy to hang around with which ends in oliver being jealous
I really struggle writing Oliver as a complete dick, Iâll be honest. Also, Rolicity happened and Iâm not even sorry.
Itâs hard not to let it bother her, the way Oliverâs eyes track every swish and sway of the girlâs hips as she dances. Felicity doesnât know the pretty redheadâs name, doesnât really want to, but itâs obvious to anyone with eyes that sheâs absolutely stunning. The way she moves on the dance floor is smooth and fluid, body rolling like itâs made of water and waves. Sheâs got the eyes of nearly every man in the club, more than a few of the women as well, and Oliver is definitely among them.Â
Felicity isnât sure if itâs her own jealousy or if sheâs actually seeing it, but it seems like Oliverâs attention is returned, the redheadâs eyes meeting his with a deliberate swing of her hips and a wicked quirk of her mouth.
Envy isnât an emotion Felicity enjoys feeling, especially when it comes to other women. Sheâs just not that kind of person, the type to get angry at or hate a woman simply because she catches the eye of someone Felicity happens to be sort of/kind of dating. Itâs catty and immature, and Felicity wants no part of it.
Oliver is attractive, heâs going to catch a few gazes and sheâs normally okay with that. Hell, sheâs even okay with him looking back, so long as all he does is look.
Still, she canât shake the green tint hazing her thoughts. Turning her back to the dance floor, Felicity picks up the shot waiting for her, tosses it back and hopes the strawberry vodka will wash away some of the bitterness on the back of her tongue.
"Hey Blondie, rough night?" a voice says, right next to her ear so that it can be heard over the pounding music.
Felicity swivels around to find Roy standing beside her, elbow propped on the bar and his mouth curved in a lazy grin.
"You could say that." she says, smiling back and eagerly pulling Roy into a hug. "I didnât think youâd be here."
He shrugs, waving two fingers at the bartender to get her attention, motioning at Felicityâs empty shot glass.Â
"I wasnât planning on it, but itâs better than sitting around brooding over my ex-girlfriendâs new boyfriend." He smirks, sliding onto the empty stool beside her. "I like to leave all the heavy brooding to Oliver."
Felicityâs expression must say something she doesnât because Roy frowns at her, slides the refilled shooter toward her as soon as the bartender is done pouring.
"Want to talk about it?" he asks, then tosses back his own.
"No." Felicity answers decisively, downing the drink. She smacks her lips, licking the lingering sweetness from them.
"This wouldnât have anything to do with earlier, would it?" Felicity stiffens, shoulders going tight, but Roy bumps his knee against her thigh softly. "That fight sounded pretty brutalâŚ"
She knows heâs leaving it open ended, that he wants her to talk to him, but remembering the way Oliver raised his voice in actual, legitimate anger at her and made her feel like sheâd done something wrong, makes her eyes prickle and she refuses to be the sad girl crying at the bar over a guy.
"Come on, Roy." she half pleads. "Weâre here to celebrate Theaâs birthday, can we not ruin a perfectly good night by talking about things I absolutely do not want to talk about?"
Roy looks like he wants to argue for all of a second, but then his expression shifts, a light going off behind his eyes.Â
"Alright, fine. Iâll make you a deal." he offers, waving the bartender back over. Felicity lifts expectant brows. "We donât have to talk about it, but that means you canât think about it, either. You and I are going to get drunk, dance our faces off, and not think about the things weâre not thinking about. Deal?"
Felicity smiles, relief swamping through her. âDeal.â she agrees.
"Good." Roy grins, then reaches out a hand to stop the bartender before she can wander away again. "Youâd better leave the bottle."
