The Sunset 400 Motel and Sunset Boulevard Motel of Los Angeles, California have been out of business for decades. The buildings now occupy a Rodeway Inn and Budget Inn. Pictured here in 1973 and 2019.

The former Green-Mont Motel in Rutland Vermont is now a Rodeway Inn. Other than the name change, it essentially looks exactly the same as it did in the postcard from 1964.
The Royal Inn in Palm Springs, California is now a Rodeway Inn, but kept the original Royal sign, recrafting the I into an S and flipping the first N into an U.
The former Expressway Motel in Nashville, Tennessee is now a Rodeway Inn.
