I woke up with a giant zit... no seriously. I’ve been congested for the last two days. It’s that kind of congestion when your face hurts from the pressure over your sinuses. So why not try out some #rockpods to see if I can get some relief and a silly picture. It actually did provide relief of the pressure and helped me breath through my nose more comfortably. Obviously I don’t want to keep this on for a long while, but I can do some tissue glide and then tape my nose to lift the tissue and get some relief quick. I love the nose tape application for congestion. I’ll keep messing around but I like what I found. 🤘🤘🤘👊👊👊
