Let this song warm your heart
@tsundere-model
Sonico never liked gossip. It always felt like it gravitated towards the bad things, exaggerating them until they turned in giant monsters out of control. It was unfair and hurtful, and Sonico didn’t liked that.
She first knew Sena-san from the magazines -she thought he had a really pretty face and a performative skill far above hers- so she was certainly surprised to see he worked at the same agency that had recruited her. A part of her really wanted to become his friend, while another felt more than a bit intimidated by his presence and attitude.
He was harsh with his words, and rough around the edges. He always seemed to be sour and he disliked relating with people. But he never said anything just to be mean. All of his words had a meaning, his advice always on point. And he really did his best in every single shoot she saw.
So she couldn’t help but feel confused when she overheard people in the agency badmouthing him. One thing was saying he was hard to work with -harsh but maybe a bit true- and a completely different thing was saying he wasn’t attractive or that he should quit.
Though she considered confrontation -and actually spoke to a couple of those persons- she eventually realized this was affecting the model more than he would like to admit. And that it would probably be better to try and talk with him first and foremost.
She was nervous about it, since he didn’t seemed to have such a good opinion of her... but nothing risked nothing gained. And she had even seen him talking with a cute girl which seemed to be good friends with him, and he seemed so happy and warm! He couldn’t possibly be bad!
Taking a deep breath for encouragement and holding the water bottle and the little bag of cookies close, Sonico walked down the hall towards the set in which Sena-san should be working. The big windows let the warm light of the sun fall in diagonal over her legs warming her up a little and giving her a chill.
“Ah... Sena-senpai!”
The silver hair was impossible to miss, the model walking out from the set, the elegant and overly flashy clothes -a black shirt with silver glitter on the neck and shoulders and tight white pants- still on, he was probably out for a break.
She ran forward before he could disappear on the corner, reaching him just in time.
“Senpai! Otsukaresama! I... brought you some refreshments if you maybe want some...”
Extremely intimidated and anxious, she ended up bending to a full 90 degrees, hands stretched forward in a perfect parallel to the ground the cute kitten designed bag hanging from her hands.
