#Repost @robsonrakarchitects The entrance at our Magnolia House was such a generous space it afforded us the opportunity to create a real sense of arrival. Guest are greeted with a central table sitting upon a custom designed rug which picks up on the colours of the stained glass entrance door. The original stair was pokey and out of scale with the proportions of the entrance so we re-designed it. A 4m high sliding steel and glass door separates the entry from the living spaces, flooding light back through the house.
