soph ive ran out of our beautiful shared interest’s fics, I humbly give you a rundown of something inspired by my favorite actual play podcast. we’re talking rural England, late 1800s, a priest called James and a geologist called Robert met and developed a romantic relationship, but! this is all behind the scenes as they’re both npcs in the game, and we only meet James as he’s survived whereas Robert has disappeared. James feels incredibly guilty and things are pretty bleak for them in canon so I dream of a very classic like. hurt comfort reunion fic where the two of them push and pull for a while (both scared they’ve hurt the other too much etc etc) until things resolve despite the horrors :) a little fluffy compared to what I’m used to reading but it’s what the two of them deserve <3
