Dear Esther - I'm 14 years late to play this walking simulator

I was hoping to find posts on Tumblr talking about the Robert Briscoe who was a leading Irish Revolutionary during the foundation of modern Ireland, who was also Jewish. But that isn't easy.

Roll that beautiful Source Engine footage! The Counter Strike games themselves never really appealed to me, but I love exploring their maps in Garry's Mod because many of them are very pretty! This is my second recording of Robert Briscoe's de_forest map, but this time I used the HDR version by k@rt. It fixes all the ambience and graphical problems that had cropped up in the gmod version I used last time, and this one has really nice lighting in it, too.  I hope you enjoy the lovely scenery and relaxing ambience!

A woodsy and hilly campground I made on an old server, based on a counter strike source map called de_forest by Robert Briscoe. It features a few tents, cabins, towers and assorted buildings and structures. Some of them are very run-down and old, while others are secure and provide you with safe shelter. Due the very hilly terrain and the campground theme, the best place to import this onto your world would be a very hilly forest biome. As usual, you may use this for anything, just please give credit!

Have played Dear Esther probablyl 6 or 7 times now. But Robert Briscoe should be heralded as one of the most amazing environment artists of our time.
