Bench Press Progress: I’ve added about 40 pounds to my bench within the past 13 weeks. Bench I managed to pull out 255lbs which is my competition max but I don't think my pause was near long enough for an official bench. Still not too bad. It was a grind though, you can see on my face when I got up the relief that I didn't die. #roadto315 (at Metroflex Houston)
