I'm a little confused about 2 things. 1: what ship is red spots? And 2: the form is for me to say what I'll do for rlfw and what I'd like to someone to do for me in both weeks? So this way it will have a lot of works for most ships?
Red Spots refers to Cruella De’Vil and Ruby Lucas. I am not 100% sure whether or not the ship name is accurate, but that was the best result I could find. As for the exchange form, it is only required if you are wanting to participate in the RLFW Exchange. You can still participate in RLFW without participating in the exchange. If you decide to participate in the exchange, you will be given a specific pairing and theme to work with. Likewise, you are able to request that someone create something specific for you. You can participate in both, one, or neither of the exchanges. Please let me know if you would like me to explain further, or if you have any additional questions.
