I am so freaking thankful for our friendship! Watching anime and K-dramas together, laughing over memes and other nonsense.

We first met in our Intermediate Fiction class and I have no idea how we became friends. It just happened and I'm so thankful we ended up talking (SERIOSULY HOW DID WE BECOME FRIENDS??)

We have hung out a lot more this semester. writing together and watching anime and K-dramas. You are such a sweet and understanding person 😭

Thank you for being there for me when I was struggling with my religion. Going to Mass with you has been a great experience and I'm so thankful you invited me. You're the only person at school I can really openly talk to about this ^_^

I am so thankful to God, He really answered my prayers.

I was having the most stressful week of my life and I prayed for a miracle.

So, my friend, Tom, sent me a birthday card last week and I have been waiting for it. In the meantime, I was getting ready to work on my novel. My teacher recommended me several books to read that will help me with my novel, but I told her I did not have the money at the moment to go buy the books. I was a little bummed, but I decided I could wait until winter break or something.

Then I checked the mail today. Tom's birthday card arrived so I opened it up and there it was.

A $50 Barnes and Noble gift card.

I can buy the books I need to read.

Getting this present was the highlight of my week. I'm so thankful God brought Tom into my mom and I's life.
