For the Nepali words I was wondering what are some cute terms of endearment in Nepali? Sweetheart, love, darling, etc.
aww okay this is a cute ask so theres different endearments depending on whos saying what (fair warning though I was born in Nepal but I was raised in America so some of the Nepali spellings may be off)
राजा (raja) - this means king so you can call your bf this but my mom also calls me this?? which is weird cuz there’s also रानी (rani) which means queen but for reasons that I don’t know, my mom uses king instead but i grew up with it so it’s not really that weird
मेरो मुटु (mero mutu) - the translation to this is my heart and I’ve seen this used between couples
बूर / बूरी (bhura/ bhuri) - okay this means old man and old woman respectively, and its used between married couples as an almost teasing sort of endearment, its one that my parents use often
