We want to give a big THANK YOU to all of our current members. You all have stuck with us, some since the beginning, and tried to make this RP great. You were friendly, and welcoming, and full of ideas. We loved writing with each and every one of you. We're sorry that whatever ideas you had didn't come to fruition they way you may have wanted. Hopefully the threads you did write and the friends you made were enough. Every app that got sent in was always a joy to receive and we loved being your admins. We are so grateful for your time and support. It's always a sad thing, to stop doing something you really enjoy. But, outside of our control, we couldn't keep the activity and numbers up. We could go on, start calling people out and complaining, but it probably wouldn't make much of a difference. The people who should be called out for their poor behavior will not read this or care. So why waste the words and stay angry? Ultimately we tried something ambitious and, while it didn't succeed they way we wanted, we're glad for the experience.

So, to our loyal members: thank you for your support and your creativity. To the group RP community, please do better. There's room for everyone and everything, you just have to be considerate and willing to get involved. Maybe you'll see us again soon, a familiar face in another rp.

Information: This event will take place from Monday 10/20 until Sunday 11/02. You may continue event threads after the end of the event, but we do ask that you try to wrap things up, if possible. Below is more info about each "day".

Oct 30th: At the Riverport Community Center, there will be a Pumpkin Design/Carving Contest. There will be a winner in the Carving group and in the Design Group. There will also be a Costume Contest that will have different awards for different age groups. If your character is entering any of these contests, please submit the images to this blog.

In the parking lot of the community center, there are some haunted houses created by the Students of Riverport High School. There is a family friendly one, and according to them, a "super scary bloody screamy one". Enter at your own risk!

Oct 31st: Kids of all ages can go to various businesses on Main Street to trick or treat! Go to every business on the street and get a free Pumpkin Pie from Main Street Bakery!

Nov 1st: Come to Lavender Park for special screenings of Halloweentown (11am), Hocus Pocus (1:30pm), Frankenstein (4pm), Child's Play (8pm). Popcorn and Candy will be available to snack on!
