I have an important crobat related question. Since they evolve through friendship (which I didn't know til just now bless) if you catch a wild crobat does that mean it has a best friend out there that helped it evolve? Are you... Stealing it from its bff?
there r no wild crobat in regular games BUT if there were, then the crobat would be wild due to something like:
-being abandoned by its trainer (akin to charmander in the Pokemon I choose You movie, it’d still be loyal and wait for its trainer, who would never come, and u’d nurse it back to health)
-lost its trainer in a tragic incident
-never had a trainer but had a close human friend despite being wild
somethin along those lines. the last one could potentially have u stealing someone’s crobat but if ur a good trainer like i assume u would b, you’d notice your upset crobat and do what you can to figure out whats wrong and eventually release it so it could go back to its friend/choose to be with you on its own
